With our long experience in detached garage construction, we have established a transparent and regular process for custom garage construction that will guarantee you receive the garage of your dreams! Depending on weather and concrete cure times, you can have the entire construction finished and done in as few as three to six weeks!
The Foundation
Setting your garage foundation is the first week of our work for you, consisting of three primary steps. First, as your custom garage contractor, we create the pad form with laser-level precision. Then, we use stone as a base for the concrete fill, ensuring that the final results are stable. Drains and wire support mesh are installed, and the concrete is poured.
The Custom Garage
Once the concrete has been cured for 5-7 days, we frame the walls with high-quality construction lumber, ensuring stability and integrity. The walls are sheathed with plywood, and then the roof can begin construction. Fiberglass underlayment with top-tier shingles ensures your garage space is dry while also ensuring the style matches your home's appearance!
Finishing Touches
Once the roof is finished, we begin on windows and entry doors. We have standard single-hung windows with half-screens and a six-panel steel entry door complete with a lock and deadbolt. Lastly, we complete the building with exterior vinyl siding, soffit, aluminum facia, and gutters customized to your color and style choices!
